Sales brisk for downtown condos in Prince George as new housing project planned

After years of stagnation, it appears there is a demand for housing in downtown Prince George, as sales of condos being built to city hall begin and plans move forward for an apartment complex near the library. The CBC's Andrew Kurjata speaks to two realtors about who is buying, and why downtown living in Prince George is finally attractive.
