Saskatchewan's first Cree-speaking judge says indigenous judges make a difference.

In the past year -- three Indigenous women have been sworn in as provincial court judges/ They join Judge Gerald Morin who has been running the Cree circuit court in Northern Saskatchewan for 18 years. Judge Morin is retiring this week.. But first he discussed how indigenous judges can change the way just is served and received.
