Paralympic athlete on challenges of getting around a snow and ice-covered Toronto

If you're finding it hard to get around on city sidewalks this winter, you're not the only one. Many people have complained about how the city has been dealing with snow removal this winter, and because of the high volume of complaints, Toronto's Ombudsman says she's monitoring the situation. We hear from Canadian Paralympian Jeff Adams about how difficult he's found it to get around.
