It's been a very wintry February for much of Canada. And many drivers are surely thanking themselves for putting on their winter tires. In Quebec, winter tires are even mandatory. But what's not mandatory, is switching back to normal tires in the summer. There's even a whole subset of drivers who believe it makes sense to keep your winter tires on all year long. CBC's Blair Sanderson gives the theory a test drive.
