Canadian food inspectors are zeroing in on olive oil fraud, thanks to new food safety rules. Olive oil tampering is a problem around the world. Sometimes extra virgin oil isn't actually extra virgin. And sometimes the stuff labelled 'olive oil' is mixed with a cheaper oil. Now the Canadian Food Inspection Agency is cracking down on the fraud.
