The Supreme Court says a London teacher who secretly filmed female students with a camera pen is guilty of voyeurism - a ruling that could have an impact on future privacy-related cases. We're joined Gillian Hnatiw, a lawyer who specializes in cases of voyeurism and sexual assault, and is the vice-chair on the Women's Legal Education and Action Fund board.
