911 call from house of Windsor Police Chief Al Frederick investigated by OPP

The Ontario Provincial Police were called in to investigate the Windsor Police for an incident involving Chief Al Frederick last fall. As CBC first reported this morning, there was a 911 call from Frederick's home in November. It was for a domestic incident. The CBC investigation raised questions about how the police handled it and now the mayor's office is explaining. CBC Windsor producer Robin Brown joined us with an update.
