Canmore Paralympian Brian McKeever

The Homestretch

The world championship for Para Nordic Skiing gets underway this weekend in Prince George. But Canmore's Brian McKeever will be far from the action -- in Monaco. McKeever is Canada's most decorated winter Paralympian with 17 medals overall. He has been nominated for a prestigious Laureus World Sports Award along with some big names, like Tiger Woods, LeBron James and Lindsay Vonn. McKeever is competing against five other athletes for the Sportsperson of the Year with a Disability. But before he heads to Monaco for the award ceremony he joined host Doug Dirks on the line.
