How to curb vaping and e-cigarette use among young people in Calgary

A group of Calgary students and doctors is calling on the province and the federal government to come up with tougher regulations for e-cigarettes. Last week Health Canada introduced new measures to address the rise in vaping among young people. But the group says those measures don't go far enough.
