Former NHL politician suggests 'passport' for tracking concussions

A Liberal MNA is proposing a new way to keep track of head-related injuries for young athletes. It's a passport: sort of like a vaccination booklet, but to record concussions. Enrico Ciccone is the opposition critic for sports, recreation and healthy living. He came up with the idea, and is a former NHL player himself.
