'It's a disaster': Prince George now has second highest rate of overdose deaths in B.C.

In 2018, more people in B.C. died from overdoses than homicides, suicides and traffic incidents combined. And few places were more affected than Prince George where the number of deaths nearly doubled, and the city is trailing only Vancouver in terms of deaths per capita. Jordan Harris, a registered nurse and director of a harm reduction group called the POUNDS Project, speaks with Carolina de Ryk.
