The Transportation Safety Board says the CP train that derailed yesterday near Field had been stopped with the emergency air brakes on, when the train started to move on its own. Three crew members were killed when the train derailed between the upper and lower spiral tunnels. Experts with the TSB say the area is among the most challenging railway territory in Western Canada.
