CBC News has obtained data that shows just how popular Ontario's free tuition program has been. The program was created by the former Liberal government 2 years ago to help students with low incomes afford to go to school. It's now being cancelled by the Conservative government. On some post secondary campuses, 70 of full-time students had their classes paid for. Peter Duck speaks with the CBC's Valerie Ouellet
