Seniors advocacy group wants answers after woman freezes to death

Quebec's coroner's office is investigating how it was that a 93 year old woman got locked outside of her seniors' residence, only for her body to be found outside in -19c, stormy conditions, seven hours later. Michael Udy is the President of Seniors Action Quebec, a non-profit organisation that advocates for the rights of English speaking seniors in the province.
