A homeless women's shelter set to open at a time when shelters are full

The precarious lives of homeless women have been put in the spotlight by two deaths. One woman died in a clothing bin, and although police haven't confirmed the details, it appears a woman sleeping on a grate in a back alley, was hit by a garbage truck. The director of a new women's shelter opening this weekend on Davenport shares her thoughts on the state of homeless women in the city.
