Timmins city council debates the merits of backing another edition of the Stars and Thunder Music Festival

The next edition of the Stars and Thunder Music Festival in Timmins will be privately run if it happens, but that doesn't mean the city won't be spending any money on it. You can hear former mayor Steve Black explaining why a $300 000 dollar investment in the festival would be money well spent.
