Three Quebec group homes or youth rehabilitation centres are facing accusations that staff instructed Indigenous youth not to speak their own languages. The practice is reminiscent of Canada's Residential Schools, and it's raising questions about how Indigenous youth are treated in Quebec's youth protection system.
