Mother of 12-year-old mixed-race boy speaks out about racial profiling

Sophie Bellemare say her 12-year-old son Shewany Tshilombo and a friend were interrogated and hand-cuffed by Repentigny police, after being accused of breaking a BMW car window in 2013. Now, the Quebec Human Rights Commission has recommended police to pay the families involved, and say the force must improve its training on racial profiling.
