Many of us rely on caffeine to help wake us up and get us through the day. But a new study shows that caffeine can also help brain and lung development in premature babies. The research was published this month in the journal 'Pediatrics.' It involved researchers from the universities of Calgary, British Columbia, Montreal and Toronto. Calgary Doctor Abhay Lodha is a neonatologist and the lead author of the study.
