OSPCA to stop euthanizing dogs - including pitbulls

The Ontario SPCA has decided to spare dogs deemed dangerous from euthanasia. In a memo obtained by the Canadian Press, the animal welfare agency reportedly instructed its officers to pass off court orders to euthanize animals to police instead.
