CBC morning show producer Ron Desmoulins has run the gamut from hard core fitness routines at Superior CrossFit and Ultimate Fighting Fitness to more mindful routines at Modo Yoga and RE:form Pilates. It's all about his attempts to gain strength in his legs and loose some weight to take the stress and strain off his chronically sore knees. But is Ron "all wet" in his latest effort to find a fitness routine that works best for for him? Well, apparently, he is. In fact, he might be in over his head as he heads to the deep end of the swimming pool. This week for his series Staying Fit After 50, Ron tries out Aqua Fitness at the Canada Games Complex.
