Notley says Alberta will buy rail cars to move oil

Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says her government is buying rail cars to help move oil to market. She says they will transport an additional 120,000 barrels a day, increasing the amount of oil being moved by rail by a third. Notley made the announcement at a Canadian Club luncheon in Ottawa today. Kent Fellows is an economist with the University of Calgary's Public School of Policy.
