The provincial advocate responsible for looking out for the child welfare of Ontario's children will be sacked. It's part of a restructuring of offices overseeing francophone affairs, the environment and the welfare of children announced by the provincial government in Thursday's fall economic statement. I speak with Irwin Elman about why he thinks the move is dangerous for children in this province.
