A Danish government plan to force parents to put their toddlers in daycare if they live in high-immigrant neighbourhoods has had its first reading in parliament. The idea is to improve integration by making sure that all children learn the language of the country they're living in. But migrants' rights organisations condemn what they say is a symptom of growing hostility towards immigrants. John Laurenson reports from Copenhagen.
