He is on the front lines of opposition to Russian president Vladimir Putin, and he believes that's why he was poisoned twice. Vladimir Kara-Murza is in Winnipeg speaking about democracy, human rights and standing up to power. He joined Marcy Markusa in studio to tell his story.
