It is back to business on Parliament Hill next week when MPs return to Ottawa for the fall session. But first, the Liberal and New Democratic Parties have gathered their caucuses to chart the course for the year ahead and to strategize for the 2019 federal election. Meanwhile, former Conservative MP Maxime Bernier is still in the political conversation and will officially announce the name of his new splinter party tomorrow.
