Calgary Sikh Society receives $79,000 to improve safety at southwest Gurdwara

The Sikh Society of Calgary is getting money from the federal government, to improve safety. The $79,000 grant is from Public Safety Canada's Communities at Risk Program. The money will help the society upgrade security at its place of worship. Inderjit Singh Wadhwa is the president of the society.
