A former security guard at a Manitoba Hydro work camp says he was told to turn a blind eye to drugs, alcohol and sexual harassment. Over the past several weeks reports of discrimination, racism and sexual abuse by contract and hydro workers on projects in the north have been released by the government. Some of those allegations go back decades...while others are much more recent. Aidan Burns said he was hired by Sodexo in 2015 to work security at the Keewatinohk camp.
