Ellen Gabriel remembers the late Oka negotiator, John Ciaccia

Indigenous leaders are remembering former Liberal MNA John Ciacca for his role diffusing tensions during the 1990 Oka dispute. Ciaccia died on Aug. 7 at age 85. Ellen Gabriel was the Mohawks' chief negotiator at the time. She reflects on Ciaccia's legacy.
