Alberta's environment minister says the federal government is following Alberta's lead, with its new carbon pricing system. Ottawa is relaxing its rules around carbon tax. The policy takes effect next year, and applies to provinces that don't have a carbon pricing system of their own. Ontario is the latest province to launch a constitutional challenge. Shannon Phillips, Alberta's Environment Minister, joined host Doug Dirks live in studio.
