Over the next century, climate change, generalized violence and failing states will drive millions of people of people from their homes, but they won't be legally eligible to seek asylum in other countries. Nahlah Ayed speaks with Tongan Member of Parliament Lord Fusitu'a about why he thinks the Convention should be updated to include people displaced by climate change, and with Alexander Betts, professor of Forced Migration and International Affairs at the University of Oxford, about whether it's possible to rewrite the Refugee Convention for the 21st century.
