Artist Jennifer Lee recipient of a Spirit of the Capital Youth Award

Some people create art for fun, some do it as a form of expression, others use it as a kind of therapy. For Canterbury student and RBC Spirit of the Capital Youth Award recipient Jennifer Lee, art is all of these things and more. Suffering from an eating disorder as a teenager, art has been a big part of Jennifer's healing process. Now, she uses her work to inspire and educate others about mental health. The Spirit of the Capital Youth Awards highlight the accomplishments of youth who are working to make this city a better place.
