PTSD prevention plan helping Greater Sudbury police officers

First-responders often witness unimaginable horrors in the line of duty. With that in mind, the Greater Sudbury Police Service is working to be a leader in terms of treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder. A plan was put in place after Ontario's First Responders Act came into effect in 2016. Psychiatrist and GSPS board member, Dr. Rayudu Koka spoke to the CBC's Benjamin Aubé about how officers are benefiting from the program.
