Quebec History X: Webster on the legacy of slavery


Between 1629 and 1833, there were more than four thousand slaves in Quebec. One of the people who calls attention to the stories of those slaves is historian Aly Ndiaye - who many of you will know as Quebec hip hop artist Webster. He joined our host Saroja Coelho to tell the stories of some of the first black people to ever live in Canada.
