Using the latest science, volunteers embark on an anti-aging program. Will they be able to slow down the aging process in just three months? In How to Stay Younger, journalist Angela Rippon and Dr. Chris van Tulleken team up with scientists to show how lifestyle changes can potentially turn back our biological clock.

57-year-old Kamini Sohdi admits to being sedentary and unmotivated to exercise. She discovers how building muscle will not only make her stronger but also protect her against illness. 51-year-old Tim Belton learns that his poor diet has been stopping him producing hormones vital to aging well. And 50-year-old Alison Richards finds out a surprising way to tackle memory loss and make her brain younger.
