S’Mores On A Stick

Dec 8, 2015

These are so easy for little ones to help with — simply skewer large marshmallows, dip in melted chocolate, then dip in a shallow dish of graham cracker crumbs. All the flavour of a s’more, in just one bite!

They're perfect for bringing the kids a flavour of camping as a special treat. And when the weather cools, they’re also perfect for dunking in hot chocolate or even eventually sharing with Santa.

Ingredients

  • large marshmallows
  • chocolate chips
  • graham cracker crumbs
  • bamboo skewers

Directions

1. Skewer each marshmallow on one end with a bamboo skewer.

2. In a small dish, melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Put the graham cracker crumbs into another dish.

3. Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate, then into the crumbs.

4. Sit marshmallows upright on a piece of waxed or parchment paper until set.

Makes as many as you like!
