Crazy Christmas Candy Bark Recipe

Sprinkles are in this year—at bakery supply and bulk stores, there are tons of varieties available.

This bark is just plain fun. All you do is spread melted chocolate on a piece of foil and then let kids go to town with as much candy, sprinkles and coloured sugar as they can handle.

Bash it into pieces and package for giving (despite the neon colours, even grown-ups will love getting some!)

You Will Need:

  • milk, dark or white chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
  • sprinkles, small candies, mini marshmallows, bashed candy canes and/or coloured sugar


1. In a medium glass bowl, melt at least a cup of chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread out about ¼-inch thick on a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet.

2. Immediately sprinkle with as many candies and sprinkles as you can get to stick while the chocolate is still wet.

3. Let stand until set, then break into pieces and package up in shallow boxes or Chinese take-out containers.

Makes as much as you like!
