Lisa Helps has a view on the bridge

On time and on budget. That's been the mantra from the mayor's office as the Johnson Street bridge replacement has edged it's way forward. But the builders want more cash and there are big problems with the steel. Councillor and mayoral hopeful Lisa Helps shares her views.
