i *heart* jonsi

Before Christmas, I was poking around online and went to jonsi's website.  There...I saw a clip from an upcoming DVD, so I watched...and bought.  I've talked about jonsi's debut studio album, Go, before (it was one of my top albums from 2010), but now, there's Go Live.  It's a CD and DVD set, featuring recordings from a show at the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels, and three tracks recorded at a show at Brighton's Dome.  Even though it sounds like the same show, the sets were recorded at different times on the tour (May in Belgium, September in England).

"New Piano Song" (the song I played today) is one of 5 previously unreleased tracks that you'll find on Go Live.  The CD and DVD set is ONLY available from jonsi's website, and is well worth it (I like the physical edition, as always.  It comes with a nice, mini book).  The set's available as both a digital version and a physical version, but when you buy the physical one, you immediately get the digital version of both the album and the DVD...so you can watch it right away whilst you wait for your pretty package to be posted to you (I ordered mine just after Christmas, but the physical album didn't ship out until January 24th).

And today, jonsi's new concert film jonsi live at the wiltern is available on iTunes, only in Canada and the States.

jonsi saturation...i love it.  i do, after all, *heart* jonsi.
