Ashley Smith gave us a picture of what it's like. Now another woman is forcing Canadians to focus on what happens behind bars. Christina Jahn spent 200 days in segregation in an Ottawa jail. The Ontario government is promising change after settling a human rights case with her. Is it time to ban solitary confinement?
