Vodka with a BC Twist


BC is well-known for its craft brewing, but what about craft distilling? Over the last few years, small distilleries have cropped up around BC from the Okanagam to Vancouver Isalnd. Guest host Margaret Gallagher had a change to sample three local vodkas and meet the folks behind them at Vancouver's Forage Restaurant. Tasted were Victoria Spirits, Pemberton Distillery and Long Table Distillery.
