Paris attacks: François Hollande says France 'at war'

French President François Hollande asks for a three-month extension of a state of emergency following the Paris attacks that killed 129 people on Friday. Vigils and prayer services were held Sunday for victims of the co-ordinated attacks on restaurants, a concert venue and a soccer stadium.
