Recordings of 911 calls from the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting were released to the public on Wednesday. Listen to edited excerpts of the calls.

Recordings of 911 calls from the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, Conn., on Dec. 14, 2012, were released to the public on Wednesday.

The seven landline calls are from inside the school to Newtown police.
