Hurricane Adolph heading for Mexico
Hurricane Adolph has intensified off Mexico's Pacific Coast.
The first storm of the new season has maximum sustained winds of 220 km/h and gusts up to 275 km/h.
Adolph has been upgraded from a Category Three hurricane to a Category Four. That means it is capable of causing extreme damage.
The storm is not expected to hit the coast, although heavy rain is forecast for the central coastal region of Mexico.
