Ecuador mine collapse bodies found
Rescue workers in Ecuador have found the last two bodies of four miners who were trapped in a collapse at a gold mine.
The miners became trapped when a tunnel collapsed about 150 metres below ground on Oct. 15 at the Casa Negra mine about 400 kilometres southwest of Quito.
Two bodies were discovered on Oct. 16.
Even though rescuers held out hope of finding survivors, the third and fourth bodies were found Wednesday.
President Rafael Correa said "all that was humanly possible" was done to find the miners.
The collapse in Ecuador came as Chile celebrated the rescue of 33 miners after they were trapped underground for 69 days.
