Arthur Lelland Sayler was arrested in Tijuana last Sunday by federal agents who raided the beachfront house he called home for 20 years.

The agents said they found 15 computer hard drives that contained four million images and videos of child pornography.

No other arrests have been made, but the investigation continues, said Ramon Gomez, a spokesman with the Mexican attorney general's office.

Sayler, whose Canadian hometown and age are not known, crossed the Mexico-U.S. border almost daily to San Diego, where he repaired computers, XETV San Diego 6 News reported.

Mexican police also seized Sayler's truck, which bears California licence plates, the station reported.

Filiberto Gomez, who lives next door to Sayler in Tijuana, was quoted as saying he seemed to be a good neighbour who "minded his own business."
