Winnipeg comedian John B. Duff has died. He was the co-founder of Winnipeg's now defunct Oddblock Comedy Festival and he helped showcase upcoming talent. Originally he was given a life expectancy of 3-5 years with treatment for his brain cancer, but in the last year his health significantly declined.
