Chinese airlines won't be bitten by Y2K bug

China has ordered all its airline executives to book a flight on January 1, 2000.

That's when the Y2K, or Millennium bug is expected to kick in, with the potential for all kinds of chaos.

Some alarmists even suggest planes could fall from the skies.

China says its forcing the airline heads to fly, as a powerful incentive to make sure that doesn't happen.
