'Donate' button deleted on Harper (and Trudeau) anti-terrorism message

The Conservatives were forced to perform an emergency edit to a party-hosted webpage after an ill-placed donation button led critics to accuse them of using the Paris attacks as a fundraising device. And they weren't the only ones.
