Ontario Provincial Police say the 64-year-old was hiking on a trail Sunday with his wife and another couple when he looked over the edge and lost his footing.
He suffered injuries that are not life-threatening, police said.
The cliff is at the Inglis Falls Conservation Authority in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
